We are currently recruiting for a hard working and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Leader to join our vibrant team, working 40 hours per week. Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
Key competencies and duties include:
- Demonstrating the ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff within the Bar & Restaurant
- Delivery of excellence in signature service and strong team building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- An effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement
- Ensuring that a comprehensive, guest focused service is provided within the Hospitality areas
- Helping to build, train and develop an effective team through encouraging involvement, feedback and using the strengths of the team
- Assisting with the training of new team members
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- A positive, can do attitude
