We are currently looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to support our Breakfast Manager with the smooth running of the Breakfast operation. This role will require full flexibility to work Monday to Sunday in line with business needs.
Key competencies and duties include:
- To supervise the team demonstrating the ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff within Breakfast.
- Having an active role in performance management of team members.
- Ensure the efficient and courteous service of food and beverage offerings, ensuring compliance with company standards, food health and hygiene procedures and legislation and licensing laws at all times.
- Manage and develop the team members effectively, providing clear direction and setting high standards and expectations encouraging a customer focused attitude at all times.
- Promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities when and where possible.
- To install and maintain service standard with all members of the team.
- Purchase/order departmental supplies, carry out monthly stock takes and action any discrepancies in line with company standards.
- Carry out any other duties as may be required.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a team leader/supervisor position.
- Previous experience working in F&B or Hotel environment.
- Enthusiastic attitude and fantastic work ethic.
- Strong team player.
- Professional, positive, “can do” attitude.
- Experience dealing with stock control.
