We are seeking a part-time Hospitality Team Member to work 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and shifts.
This role involves working in the casino bar and restaurant, and previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer care while adhering to company procedures, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contributing as an effective team member to continuous business improvement.
- Operating tills and handling cash transactions.
- Waiting tables, clearing cutlery and glasses, and ensuring items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
- Proactively identifying food and beverage requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all casino areas.
