We have a vacancy for an experienced chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food to company standards, while helping to maintain a safe, efficient and well-organised kitchen that delivers a great experience for our guests.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to prepare, cook and present food to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and safe food handling practices.
• Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail with a clean and organised approach to work.
• Ability to manage stock, portion control and minimise wastage.
• Confident using kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• A reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
