JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking kitchen porter to join our team.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment as well as supporting the kitchen staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Key skills and responsibilities include

  • Keeping kitchens and back-of-house hospitality areas clean.
  • Accepting and checking deliveries, ensuring correct procedures are used at all times.
  • Putting away deliveries, ensuring stock rotation is adhered to.
  • Adhering to H&S and H&H practices in all tasks - training will be provided.
  • Adhering to COSHH guidelines when using on-site cleaning products
  • Assisting the Chefs in tasks requested during the course of their shift
  • Proven track record for establishing excellent standards in a hospitality operation
  • Be flexible in their approach and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
