We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to work as a member of the on-site Guest Safety team ensuring that Resorts World Birmingham is safe & secure at all times.
As a Guest Safety Host / Security Officer, you will ensure exemplary standards of Guest Safety and Guest Service are provided to the guests at all times.
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Full Time Role
- Shift Work: Both Day & Night Shifts
Qualifications & Experience
- Working in a similar role / environment
- SIA DS & CCTV Licences a requirement for this role.
- Manage and deal with conflict in order to diffuse situations
- Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels and within a diverse range of guests
- IT literate
- First Aid trained
- Own transport
