EDUCATION AND/OR PROFESSIONAL LICENSE(s): Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in an aerospace/defense or equivalent regulatory contracting environment is required.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of, and experience with, FAR/DFAR/CAS/ and export regulations.
- Ability to negotiate and close on efforts requiring Current Cost or Pricing Data and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA) certification.
- General knowledge of DOD policies and practices is essential.
- Working knowledge/familiarity with OTAs.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property and policies.
- Experience with agreements to support business development, program management and engineering development teams (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, etc.).
- Experience dealing with the US Government, foreign governments, and major industry defense.
