We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with strong video editing and digital marketing experience to support our client's brand. The ideal candidate is someone who is confident in their ability to strategize, execute, and grow a brand's presence across various platforms — especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This role requires more than just posting content. You will ideate, edit, manage, and analyze content that builds engagement, fosters relationships, and supports conversion goals.
Video Creation & Editing- Edit engaging, short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn (based on provided scripts or raw footage)
- Add captions, transitions, hooks, and trending audio/effects
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and sizes per platform best practices
- Develop and schedule daily content using a tool or native platform scheduling
- Engage actively with followers through comments, DMs, and story replies
- Research and implement trending hashtags and content formats
- Build engagement by interacting with high-follower accounts in the niche
- Work closely with Pamela to understand brand tone, content pillars, and audience
- Support a combined organic + paid social strategy
- Track analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach
- Collaborate on campaigns and seasonal launches
- Brainstorm content ideas based on market trends and audience insights
- Support email marketing or webinar promotion campaigns
- Suggest viral/relatable content styles and help execute them
- Use AI tools to assist with content ideation and caption writing as needed
- 1-2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong skills in short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent English communication and storytelling abilities
- Self-starter who takes initiative, proposes new ideas, and meets deadlines
