Gensler in London is seeking a Contract/Proposal Assistant to support contract administration, proposals, and the flow of submittals and RFIs between the contractor and design team.
You will liaise with In-House Counsel, Design Manager and Project Accountant to update contract details and track signage and approvals.
The role requires demonstrated experience in a similar position, and proficiency in Word and Excel; In Design is a plus.
