Gensler’s London office seeks a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our European talent agenda from onsite in London. You will partner with senior leaders, shape the recruitment strategy, mentor the TA team and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple offices.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will balance strategic design with hands-on execution, drive process improvements, and map talent markets to attract executive and senior roles while maintaining brand.
