Your Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Environmental Graphic Designer. You will have a passion for helping our clients enhance their built spaces through environmental brand experiences. This position will focus on the ability to understand a client’s brand and translate it into physical space through a combination of graphics, physical installations, sensory elements, and interior finishes while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Please note, this role is not remote. We look forward to working with our new Environmental Graphic Designer in our incredible London office.

What You Will Do

  • Alongside the Design Director and team, you will have a key role in supporting our diverse portfolio of branded environments work.
  • You will have stellar conceptual and hands-on design experience and show a portfolio of work that is elegant, compelling, and highly creative – with the ability to communicate your concepts and ideas from concept to technical fabrication.
  • Understanding how to take designs from concept through to final installation is a must.
  • You can demonstrate work on projects across a variety of space types, including the conceptual approach and how that developed into more detailed designs.
  • You love to push new ideas, are passionate about design, get excited about being a part of extremely diverse projects and thrive off working alongside some exceptionally talented creative people.
  • You’ll have a key role working with various project teams and should have the ability to manage your own projects independently.
  • The role will require occasional travel depending on client need and location, but mainly European.
  • Show us extremely compelling and creative examples of your work demonstrating conceptual thinking and environmental design that grab attention, communicate clearly, and are executed flawlessly.
  • Create powerful narratives and storytelling driven by strategic thinking.
  • Design branded environments including brand identity, environmental graphics, artworking and digital integration.
  • Manage own projects within a wider team, ensuring client’s needs are met on time and within budget.
  • Compose design presentations that are both verbally and visually compelling.
  • Interface with multiple internal design practices, including architecture, interior design, consulting and master planning.
  • Oversee fabrication and installation processes.
  • Be able to multitask, working on various projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detail.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in environmental graphics.
  • Strong understanding of communicating and conveying concepts, both verbally and visually, through 2D illustrations and 3D visual communication (environmental wall graphics, murals, glass distraction markers, custom sculptures, interactive installations, etc.).
  • Strategy interest considered bonus, but not required.
  • Demonstrate solid technical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide range of clients.
  • Working knowledge of production, implementation, and vendor management.
  • Experience in effectively self-managing time and project schedules.
  • Proven ability to work as a member of an integrated team and independently in an open office environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience using Figma and AI desired.
