Gensler is seeking a Project Coordinator for Retail & Hospitality to support Design/Project Managers from proposal through project close-out.
You will assist with contracts, submittals, and RFIs while coordinating with Counsel, Design Managers, and the Project Accountant.
In this role, you’ll use project management tools to improve staffing, revenue planning, and scheduling.
Strong communication skills, diligence, and familiarity with In Design are a plus in supporting studio-wide metrics.
