About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management
    • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
    • Optimize warehouse layout and inventory control to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
    • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with relevant teams to prevent shortages or overstocking, and lead warehouse audits.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the warehouse environment.
  • Shipping & Distribution
    • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
    • Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to manage domestic and international shipments.
    • Ensure shipping documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance are met.
    • Address shipment delays, optimize routes and carriers, and develop contingency plans for disruptions.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate system records for shipments, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure all import/export activities comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Cost & Vendor Management
    • Analyze freight costs and carrier performance to optimize logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Manage logistics vendors, ensuring timely invoice processing and service quality improvements.
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement
    • Lead and develop the logistics team, assigning tasks, providing training, and enhancing operational efficiency.
    • Implement best practices to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Customer Service) to align logistics with business needs.

Main Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics, supply chain management, or operations are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing reports, analyzing transit times, and conducting freight cost evaluations.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
