What you\’ll innovate:
- Advanced coating performance on sustainable leather textiles from R&D to production
- Collaborate with suppliers and universities on cutting-edge coating solutions
- Optimise coating effectiveness and assess the impact on product performance
- Manage scale-up processes from ideation to full manufacturing

You bring:
- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science
