Responsibilities:

- Study customer requirements on procurement processes and map to ERP.
- Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
- Suggest and improve business processes.
- Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc.
- Prepare Test Scripts, and perform End to End Testing.
- Impart training to super users.
- Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to Retail Industry.
- Supporting/Troubleshooting JD Edwards applications and responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures.
- Creating, scheduling, monitoring jobs, troubleshooting jobs.
- Able to lead team and connect with client on regular basis.
- Responsible to help team in day-to-day operations.
- Manage and resolve production incidents covering system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects and end user support.
- Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes.
- Ensure appropriate tool is updated in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates and case closure information.
- Responsible to test the application features, should understand any testing tool.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications: B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in JD Edwards SCM / Sales and Distribution Modules and manufacturing modules as a techno functional IT consultant or as an architect.
- Knowledge of Finance Modules of JD Edwards.
- Experience in IT support or implementation projects for JD Edwards E1 preferably in Manufacturing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
- Should be able to handle client calls, manage & mentor team.
- Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
- Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
