The position is responsible for building executive dashboards, governance frameworks, reporting automation, and delivering actionable insights for senior IT and business leadership. The candidate has experience in financial services/regulated industries, strong expertise in Power BI/Tableau, Excel, ServiceNow, SQL, IT governance, and data management, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving governance maturity initiatives.
- Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/raid logs.
- Communicates project portfolio updates regularly to all stakeholders across all levels of our organization.
- Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed.
- Ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues, and distill that complexity into simple communication.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, Clarizen, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office, as your toolset to stay organized and up to date on your initiatives.
- Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams.
- Support Business Leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs.
- Develop project plans and timelines for cloud computing initiatives.
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud projects with business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement.
