Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics LCS
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Life Cycle (LCS) specialist to support and manage the implementation, deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. This role involves leveraging LCS to streamline system operations, ensure optimal configurations, and provide ongoing support throughout the software cycle.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Setup: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Environments in LCS for new projects, ensuring that all necessary parameters are set up correctly for deployment and operation.
- Deployment & Upgrade: Manage and oversee the deployment of Dynamics 365 updates and versions, including testing and validation of new features and patches in LCS.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Ensure smooth data migration and integration between Dynamics 365 and other systems through LCS.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LCS environment, working closely with the development and IT teams.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work alongside project managers, developers, and IT Support teams to ensure that LCS tools are utilized effectively and that all project milestones are met.
- Environment Lifecycle Management: Ensure that all development, test, and production environments are properly managed and secured with LCS.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that security, compliance, and governance standards are met using LCS tools and managing data.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Lifecycle services (LCS).
- Strong knowledge in deployment and administration of Dynamics 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with managing environments in LCS, including environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with system upgrades, data migration, and integrating third-party applications.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud, Azure, and Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding security, compliance, and data governance in the context of Dynamics 365 and LCS.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM (Application lifecycle management).
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
