Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Insurance Marketing will partner with the Insurance Go-to-Market lead to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen Genpact’s presence with insurers, partners, advisors, and key stakeholders across the insurance ecosystem. This role requires a proactive, highly organized marketing operator who can create structure, move priorities forward, and deliver with quality, consistency, and pace. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and self-starter who can own multiple marketing workstreams at once, including campaigns, events, content, sales enablement, account-based marketing, analyst and partner activities, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Planning & Execution: Drive integrated marketing planning and execution across campaigns, events, content, digital, ABM, client advocacy, and sales enablement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a responsive point of coordination across the Insurance Go-to-Market lead, business stakeholders, sales teams, and marketing colleagues.
- Brand Management: Own the consistent and professional application of the Genpact brand across Insurance marketing communications and materials.
- Campaign Execution & Lead Management: Drive Insurance marketing campaigns across events, digital, email, content, and social channels.
- Event Management & Execution: Own planning and execution details for industry events, conferences, webinars, and internal activations.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive targeted ABM programs for key strategic accounts.
- Content Coordination & Management: Own the coordination and delivery of marketing content such as blogs, articles, case studies, and presentations.
- Joint Client Marketing and Advocacy: Drive the coordination and execution of joint client marketing assets and related campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Channel Management: Manage the Insurance digital presence by coordinating social media activity and website updates.
- Budget Tracking & Operations: Manage marketing operations, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Performance Analytics: Track, compile, and prepare regular reporting on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Drive joint marketing activations with technology partners, advisors, and industry analysts.
