Job Description - Inviting applications for the role of Senior Advisory Manager - Procurement Consulting. Genpact’s Procurement practice is part of our broader Supply Chain priority service line. Our end-to-end capabilities are recognized by external analysts as well as our clients and partners, as market leading and deliver tangible, transformative top and bottom-line impact.
As part of our continued growth trajectory and plans, we are further expanding our strategic procurement advisory capabilities and looking for dynamic candidates who will help clients identify and realize their cost and transformation ambitions. These roles will suit individuals already working in leading consulting firms advising clients on procurement or sourcing and procurement professionals working in dynamic, progressive organizations seeking a move into consulting.
Responsibilities
- This role is predominantly focused on delivery of client transformation programmes and managing sub-projects and workstreams within these, including:
- Analysis of procurement transformation opportunities and client spend and operational data
- Supporting re-design of procurement operating models and mapping future state transformation
- Delivery of transition projects to client future state working closely with client teams and Genpact delivery centres
- Supporting procurement technology modernization initiatives in collaboration with procurement technology colleagues
- Running client sourcing and cost take out projects and workstreams within wider cost reduction programmes
The role will also involve supporting market and business development activities including:
- Developing proactive proposal materials for new opportunities with Procurement service line leadership and colleagues
- Responding to client driven demand including RFIs and RFPs in alignment with cross functional colleagues across Genpact
- Supporting market campaigns and client pursuits for specific growth targets
- Supporting the development of new, procurement-related service and product offerings particularly involving agentic AI
- Supporting procurement service line leadership with ongoing client relationship and account management
