Inviting applications for the role of Sales Director managing the entire pursuit process from lead generation to contract signature.

  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that effectively lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Exposure to client-facing engagements and building and growing relationships.
  • Understanding of supply chain or financial services, including market trends, client needs, and systems.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.
  • Open to travel for internal and client meetings and other sales activities.
  • Prior experience in sales and/or consulting at Genpact (part of Flying formation).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital tools used in sales management would be beneficial.
