About the Role
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – People Advisory Services (Change Management). In this role, we are looking for experienced candidates with proven track record in delivering across industry sectors. The position involves leading one or more client workstreams, managing project plans, client interactions, and cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will ensure delivery outcomes align with client expectations and contractual commitments, bringing strong client-facing experience and the ability to lead complex programs from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream engagements within the industry advisory consulting unit, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and commercial targets.
- Provide program governance and project leadership across concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one relevant domain, with proficiency in one or two adjacent domains.
- Apply knowledge of advanced technology, data and AI to enhance delivery outcomes and inform change management solutions within the chosen industry.
- Project Support: Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to strategic goals.
- Program Management: Oversee multiple client programs across industry segments, driving transformation through strategic management and workforce initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Align diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies to enable successful outcomes.
- IP/Offering Development: Contribute to intellectual property and offering development to strengthen the unit’s market positioning and innovation agenda.
Qualifications
- Relevant years of consulting experience in advisory or delivery roles, particularly in leading change management services.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across industries and geographies.
- Successful history of advising senior executives and delivering large-scale change management projects.
- Serve as an effective delivery manager, ensuring successful execution of projects and alignment with client objectives.
- Apply deep domain and functional knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong experience in one or two segments within the chosen industry.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one relevant area, with proficiency in one or two adjacent domains.
- Expert problem solver with a logical and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated in both in-person and virtual environments.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willingness to travel and operate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
