Overview

This full-time on-site position offers opportunities for career growth. Genpact’s AI and digital innovation initiatives are transforming businesses. This role involves supporting Global Advisory teams across industry, functional, and technology domains, with opportunities to contribute to client deliverables in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Advisory Partners with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices
  • Contribute to client engagements by supporting analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and documenting findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across industry, technology, data, and AI advisory initiatives
  • Support business development efforts through creation of case studies, presentations, and proposal materials
  • Develop and enhance client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and business insights
  • Assist in project tracking activities, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and reporting
  • Apply consulting methodologies to support delivery of project workstreams and ensure quality outputs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Bonus Points/Preferred Skills:

  • Prior part-time or internship experience; familiarity with MIRO, Visio, or project management platforms; exposure to Agile/Scrum; strong stakeholder engagement
