Inviting applications for the role of Sales Director.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with Business Units, Data-Tech-AI Function and Commercial/ Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.
· Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and sales performance metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums. Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the professional services industry. Proven experience leading and closing end-to-end deals of $5M Total Contract Value or larger
· Proficiency and familiarity with technology tools, platforms, and systems and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, applications, and technologies relevant to the individual\’s industry and domain.

Ability to be self starter and work independently and as part of a team by promoting collaboration and building an internal network
· Has an appetite to learn / understand Genpact Sales framework/ways of working (through Genpact’s mandatory Sales training & certification process) and a willingness to share best practices with the colleagues to yield better outcomes
