In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities- Candidate will be working on existing and new initiatives within the Anti Money Laundering suite of applications.
- The initiatives will focus on OFAC Sanctions screening for Customers and Realtime Cash and Securities Transactions.
- There will also be focus on Customer screening for Adverse Media or Negative News as part of Customer KYC.
- The Scrum Master serves the Product Owner in several ways, including:
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible;
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management;
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
- Understanding product planning in an empirical environment;
- Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;
- Understanding and practicing agility; and facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products;
- Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed;
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development;
- Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team;
- Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business Analyst who will be in financial planning.
- Experience of running Agile Squads
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to liaise with colleagues/clients of all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals either as an individual or as part of a team.
- Experience of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel and Visio.
- Experience of investigating, summarizing and presenting results in a meaningful format to clients and Senior Management.
- Understanding of OFAC Sanctions process
- Understanding of Negative News Screening process as part of Client KYC onboarding
