Genpact is seeking an experienced Solution Architect – D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules, along with proven experience in solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale ERP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for D365 FSCM implementations and enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
  • Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards

Functional Leadership

  • Provide deep expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management)
  • Guide functional design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process re-engineering
  • Ensure optimal use of standard D365 FSCM capabilities

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee system integrations (Azure, Power Platform, third-party systems)
  • Define data migration strategies, security design, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with developers on customizations, extensions, and code reviews

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders
  • Engage with senior leadership to align solutions with business strategy
  • Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex functional/technical issues

Delivery & Governance

  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and documentation practices
  • Support testing strategies (UAT, SIT), deployment planning, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&O)
  • Deep understanding of ERP processes and best practices
  • Experience in solution architecture and enterprise system design
  • Knowledge of Azure services, integrations, and Power Platform

Experience

  • 15+ years of ERP experience, with at least 12+ years in D365 FSCM/F&O
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect
  • Experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 implementations
  • Exposure to global rollouts, multi-legal entity environments, or large transformations

Technical Expertise

  • Data management, LCS, DevOps, and ALM practices
  • Integration technologies (API, OData, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus)
  • Security models and compliance standards in D365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Solution Architect Expert)
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Industry experience (Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or Finance)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies
