The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial services operations. Role and Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams. Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
