Your role will involve engaging with and developing senior advisor relationships with key clients in the consumer goods sector in Europe. You will act as a strategic leader for your portfolio, identifying consulting and transformation opportunities that will enhance Genpact’s capabilities in Technology, Digital, Analytics, and AI. You will architect transformation programs with clients, leveraging our industry-leading practices and methodologies in the consumer goods sector. You will manage a portfolio of clients as part of our Industry Advisory Team.
Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with key and prospective CPG clients to understand their priorities and business status; provide strategic recommendations to support their success.
- Bring advisory expertise to enhance client point of views, offerings, and outcomes.
- Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at the CXO level across buying centers.
- Manage a global portfolio worth $10-$35M by partnering with enterprise sales, identifying, closing, and delivering consulting and transformation opportunities, including managed services.
- Create and implement strategic roadmaps and growth plans for key accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities to add value and accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise in relevant areas.
- Identify opportunities to expand Genpact services and create scalable digital offerings.
- Develop and publish white papers to enhance the Genpact brand.
- Provide industry advisory, developing transformation roadmaps that integrate process, data, technology, and AI solutions.
- Translate transformation visions into detailed requirements and execution plans.
- Lead the full lifecycle of team management, including hiring, onboarding, performance assessment, and exit processes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, and address employee issues in collaboration with leadership and HR.
- Foster a strong team community and ensure effective training for new staff.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA in STEM, supply chain, accounting, analytics, GenAI, or data management.
- Relevant leadership experience in large organizations or consulting firms, with a focus on transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in the consumer goods sector, preferably in European markets, in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Risk Management, or Technology including GenAI.
- Deep understanding of technology, digital, and analytics trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity effectively.
- Experience in building relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Masters/MBA in business, finance, supply chain, analytics, engineering, or data management.
- Project management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Market connections to generate new business leads.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black belt).
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives at the cutting edge of AI and automation.
