Job Description:

  • Should possess excellent communication skills
  • Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
  • Client Management - Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
  • Respond to customer emails related to payment/dispute/collections queries
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention
  • Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
  • Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by the management on their daily operational activities
  • Perform daily internal audit
