Job Description -Responsibilities: Consistently generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities within the applicable vertical.

Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales goals.

Close large-scale outsourcing engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.

Collaborate closely with account management and delivery teams to foster a client-centric culture and create a cohesive environment.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Genpact’s largest clients, providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues.

Leverage executive-level relationships to improve Genpact’s brand within the applicable vertical.

Represent Genpact at conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums to enhance visibility and influence.
