The role
- Win new clients through phone-first, relationship-led BD
- Deliver senior and specialist hires across your specialism
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Represent Genora at conferences and client meetings in the UK, EU and US
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of life sciences recruitment experience
- A proven billing track record, including clients you've won yourself
- Confidence on the phone with senior stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of at least one niche across drug development
- The drive to build a market, not just inherit one
