Genora is a specialist life sciences search firm, founded in 2026 and growing across the UK, EU and US. We're ambitious and building the business properly from day one. This is a new role, and a genuine first step into a commercial career. You'd work directly with the two directors, see how a search business really runs, and learn faster than you would almost anywhere else.

The role
- Use Claude (and other AI tools) daily to research companies, build target lists and map markets for the senior team.
- Help produce pitch decks, shortlist decks and client-facing material on brand.
- Support live searches with candidate scorecards and research.
- Spot repetitive tasks and help turn them into simple AI-assisted workflows.
- Research life sciences conferences and events, and help organise attendance and logistics.
- Support marketing: LinkedIn content, company page activity and campaign admin.
- Keep things running day to day: CRM updates, trackers, diaries and general office admin.
- Grow into training new joiners on the tools as the team expands.
What you'll bring
- A real, hands‑on interest in Claude or similar AI tools. You've used them for more than the basics and enjoy getting better results out of them.
- A degree, ideally in life sciences, business or a related subject, or equivalent experience. Not essential if you can show the right drive.
- Any experience in a commercial, sales, marketing or admin setting, including part‑time work or internships.
- Organised, curious and happy to take ownership of your work.
- Confident speaking to people, on the phone and in writing.
- Able to be in the office in West Sussex 3 days a week.
