A Day in the Life

As a Senior Scientist, you'll drive innovation and collaboration, acting as a strategic consultant on high-impact projects with diverse external pharma and biotech partners. You’ll communicate insights effectively, helping to shape team direction and leading transformative initiatives across the discovery and development spectrum.

You will navigate across the entirety of the drug development pipeline, from target discovery and validation through to patient stratification. Utilizing a strategic approach and advanced statistical techniques, you will work closely with external collaborators to prioritize therapeutic targets, optimize clinical insights, and unveil new treatment possibilities.

Success here demands a robust grasp of statistical human genetics applied inventively in a partner-facing environment. You'll excel in unraveling complex genomic data and possess a knack for translating raw findings into actionable consulting insights, whilst working collectively with both your highly skilled internal team and external partners.

Who You Are

  • Experience in performing foundational genetic association analyses (e.g., GWAS; PRS)

  • Strong competency in statistical programming (e.g., R, Python) sufficient to enable large-scale genomic data analysis

  • Experience in data mining and/or management of large datasets.

  • Confident in engaging with a variety of stakeholders, contributing and supporting in the delivery of presentations to customers.
