Role Purpose: We are seeking a Mystra Customer Success Associate to bridge the gap between complex genomic science and commercial growth. In this role, you will focus on three main objectives:
- Working with the commercial teams to grow Mystra's client base of Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies
- Ensuring that subscribing clients derive maximum value from Mystra
- Ensuring that Mystra's functionality and data continue to meet the evolving needs of the market
The Role:
- Onboarding & Training: Lead technical setup and deepâdive training for new customers.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the "technical shield," resolving complex queries from statistical geneticists and translating feedback for our Engineering and Product teams.
- Proactive Success: Use platform metrics to anticipate client needs, mitigate risks, and ensure users hit their scientific milestones.
- Growth & Strategy: Identify opportunities for account expansion by clearly articulating the ROI of our science to stakeholders.
