Role Purpose
We're looking for a Communications & Marketing Associate to join us at an exciting moment of growth. This is a genuinely broad role – part content creator, part PR support, part event organiser, part campaign coordinator – and it's ideal for someone who wants to build real skills across multiple marketing disciplines, fast.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across our social channels, with an eye on performance and brand consistency.
- Draft blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns that make complex science feel human and compelling.
- Support our PR activity – media monitoring, coverage reports, press release drafts, and briefing materials for senior leaders.
- Help plan and coordinate conferences, trade shows, and webinars, including on‑day presence.
- Assist with campaign execution and tracking across both the comms and commercial marketing functions.
- Keep our content calendar, mailing lists, and sales materials library organised and up to date.
- Conduct research: competitor monitoring, sector trends, audience insights – turning findings into useful summaries for the team.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong writer – clear, engaging, and able to adapt your tone across formats and audiences.
- Digitally curious – familiar with LinkedIn and interested in what makes content perform.
- Organised and proactive – able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and know when to escalate.
- Genuinely interested in life sciences, genomics, or health technology (you don’t need a science degree, but you need to care about the mission).
- A collaborative team player – comfortable taking direction from two different leads without losing initiative.
And Even Better If You Have
- Prior experience in a marketing, comms, or content role.
- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Canva, or Figma.
- An interest in media relations, events, or PR.
Your Package
We are committed to providing a transparent, supportive, and rewarding work environment.

- Competitive Reward – Salaries are externally benchmarked annually to ensure market‑aligned compensation.
- Clear Career Path – A straightforward, open progression framework means you’ll always know the path to promotion and how to achieve your next career goal.
