Role Purpose
We are looking for an FP&A Manager on a 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract as we move through an expanding commercial phase. You will play a pivotal role in providing the insights that drive our business forward, working closely with everyone from Operations to C-suite leadership. This isnβt just about the numbers; itβs about the story they tell. You will be central to our management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and improving our key business levers, delivering deep insights into conversion metrics and unit economics that directly influence our commercial strategy.
A Day in the Life
- Strategic Insight: Lead the budget and quarterly re-forecasting process, developing robust models and high-impact presentations for the Leadership team.
- Business Partnering: Act as a key partner to Operations and Project Managers, building budgets for new commercial initiatives and tracking their success.
- Commercial Analysis: Define and monitor value drivers and unit economics to ensure our products and services are performing at their peak.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee a smooth month-end close and ensure management accounts are timely, accurate, and insightful.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset. You should be as comfortable building complex financial models as you are presenting your findings to Senior Leadership.
Your Experience & Skills
- You possess expert-level Excel skills and are experienced in building flexible, complex financial models.
- You have experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and programming to collect and analyse data.
- You can convey complex data into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- You hold an ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
