A Day in the Life

As Director, Development, you will be instrumental in turning breakthrough science into real-world clinical impact. Reporting to the VP, Life Sciences, you’ll drive the evolution of our PRS and IRT tools, ensuring they are both scientifically rigorous and transformative in personalised medicine. You’ll identify new opportunities for genomics in drug development, lead high-impact commercial initiatives, and strengthen partnerships across healthcare and life sciences. Operating at the intersection of science, business, and strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with R&D, Medical, Commercial, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to accelerate innovation. Your deep expertise in genetics and omics will shape our development roadmap while establishing you as a thought leader in real-world genomic applications. As a key external representative, you’ll engage with industry leaders, present at major conferences, and cultivate strategic partnerships that amplify our mission.

  • Proven experience managing scientific delivery in a commercial organisation.
  • Strong understanding of genetics and other omics applications in a commercial setting.
  • Track record of leveraging genomic real-world evidence for health-related R&D.
