Project Manager in City of Westminster

We're building a dedicated delivery team around one of our most important partnerships, and we need an experienced Project Manager to make it work. This is a client-facing role with the feel of a consulting engagement. You'll set up and embed a multidisciplinary team, then coordinate delivery across our various internal functionsA Day in the Life

• Building and running the integrated delivery plan for the account: milestones, dependencies, risks and resourcing.
• Bringing together the right people from across Genomics and getting a new team working as one, fast.
• Running the delivery rhythm with our partner, including status meetings, reporting and a clear route for escalations.
• Working with Finance on budgets, forecasts and commercial milestones, and with Legal on scope and contract changes.
• Spotting blockers early and clearing them before they slow the team down.
• Keeping senior stakeholders on both sides informed, aligned and confident.

Who You Are

• A project manager who has delivered consulting-style projects for life sciences clients (pharma, biotech or healthcare).
• You've set up and embedded a team with a client to deliver a large project, rather than only managing internal projects.
• You've worked in a scale-up and know how to build structure where there isn't much yet.
• You're comfortable working across Engineering, Finance, Legal and People stakeholders, and can translate between them.
• You're highly organised, a clear communicator, and ready to hit the ground running.
