Genomics England is seeking a Service Performance Lead to shape and coordinate performance insight, operational MI and cloud financial management for the service. You will partner with FinOps and engineering teams to improve cost visibility, forecast and plan infrastructure across AWS, enabling sustainable product platforms. You will automate data pipelines, deliver executive reporting and align KPI frameworks with cross-team stakeholders, contributing to strategic and operational decisions.
