We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team, responsible for overseeing all Learning Management duties while creating a seamless, engaging, and inclusive digital learning experience for every employee. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth Learning & Development operations. You will collaborate with various teams to design learning solutions that bridge knowledge, skills, and behavioural gaps, empowering all employees at Genomics England to reach their full potential.
Everyday responsibilities include:
- Supporting L&D Operations by assisting the Head of Learning and Development with end-to-end processes, including reporting on L&D metrics and the performance of third-party providers.
- Designing bespoke e-learning solutions using authoring tools to create engaging content, assessments, and evaluations that address both stakeholder and organisational needs.
- Curating e-learning pathways by leveraging internal and partner content within the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide tailored learning experiences for all.
- Managing and maintaining the LMS by organising domain and catalog structures, ensuring efficiency, and acting as a quality control point for course uploads.
- Providing LMS and technical support by troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and working closely with the LMS provider to maximize functionality and accessibility.
- Delivering data-driven insights by analysing and reporting on L&D metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating L&D events by setting up training sessions, onboarding programs, procuring third-party training, and managing learning purchases and purchase orders.
Skills and experience for success:
- Proficient in Adobe LMS, Cornerstone, or similar platforms, with a strong understanding of digital learning functionality and accessibility.
- Experienced in curating and managing digital learning content that ensures engagement for a diverse range of learners.
- Highly skilled in effectively collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and execution of training programs that meet the needs of all employees.
- Strong ability to track training activities, reconcile invoices, and analyse data to support informed decision-making.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, adapts to various work environments, and effectively manages multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Excel and other digital tools to stay organised, optimise workflows, and enhance productivity.

Salary from: £30,000. Please note for this role we require the successful candidate to come to the London office minimum twice per month. We welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates and we aim to interview beginning of April with a view to someone starting with us as soon as possible.
