Genomics England is seeking a Genomic Data Scientist to join the Bioinformatics Consulting team to work on genome analysis and interpretation projects with emphasis on rare or complex disease, in collaboration with external researchers and industrial partners.
You will contribute to scoping, implementing and applying state-of-the-art approaches for genomic data analysis, developing and refining tools and pipelines, and generating reports for high-quality dissemination.
