Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Liaise with third-party partners and vendors to assess solutions and ensure alignment with internal architecture.
- Collaborate with internal product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders.
- Prioritise tasks based on business needs, critical path, and resources.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom components including plugins, workflows, and PCF controls.
- Develop PowerApps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
- Secure and manage D365 portals using appropriate authentication models and roles.
- Troubleshoot and triage issues across D365, Power Automate, and connected services.
- Deliver proactive and reactive operational support while simplifying processes.
- Stay current with Microsoft releases and lead technical change management.
- Contribute to platform governance and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions end to end.
- Experience managing technical delivery across partners and communicating with stakeholders at various seniorities.
- Strong engineering expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Demonstrable skills in front-end software development using JavaScript.
- Experience with client-side development frameworks like React, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Skilled in using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) for creating and customizing components.
- Ability to build applications using Canvas Apps.
- Proficient in using Power Automate for automating complex processes.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, its modules, and architecture.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Power BI for reporting.
- Understanding of legacy process workflows.
- Knowledge of Power Platform features, Common Data Service (CDS), and Common Data Model (CDM).
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly PL-600 preferred.
- Experience with sensitive regulated data integration and AWS integration is a bonus.
