Within Genius Sports, this role involves the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the reporting suite. You will work closely with Finance teams and the Workday support team to ensure data integrity and compliance with audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards, to support financial insights and decision-making.
- Catalogue and optimize reports to improve user experience.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate Workday reporting solutions.
- Support business change requests through to implementation.
- Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and testing activities.
- Create and maintain training and testing documentation, including test scripts and user manuals.
- Work with the Finance Team to identify improvements in Workday Finance processes.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant Workday experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Reports, including Composite, Advanced, and Matrix reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
- Experience with Office Connect (desirable).
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts; accounting qualification is a plus.
- Experience working with multi-currency transactions and consolidated reporting.
- Experience in a multinational company environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in a US listed environment and knowledge of SOX controls (useful).
