THE ROLE: Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, the HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership across our global Ops team. This role is central to driving a high-performing culture that fuels our operational success, accelerates efficiency and delivery, and enables employees to thrive. By combining deep HR expertise with strong business acumen, you'll partner closely with stakeholders to support the design and deliver scalable people strategies that support revenue growth, operational excellence, market competitiveness, and long-term organizational success.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic People Partnership: Partner with Ops leadership to align people priorities with business objectives, ensuring talent strategies enable operational excellence. Translate business priorities into proactive, data-driven people solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee experience. Design and deliver a scalable people roadmap to support long-term growth. Partner with the Talent Management, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition COEs, and our in-house Legal Counsel to design and implement solutions.
- Data-Driven Insights & Decision Making: Leverage people analytics, engagement data, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to leaders. Use dashboards to track organizational health, enabling data-led decisions on talent, performance, and organizational design.
- Leadership Advisory & Coaching: Act as a trusted coach to leaders, equipping them to build resilient, inclusive, and high-performing teams. Provide practical guidance on leadership challenges, succession planning and workforce design, driving capability at all levels. Oversee employee relations in your area, balancing pragmatic solutions with compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Performance & Talent Development: Embed a performance culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous feedback, and career growth. Implement clear career pathways and frameworks that build future-ready skills and prepare successors for critical roles. Champion initiatives to strengthen retention of top talent.
- Change & Organizational Transformation: Lead and advise on organizational change, including integrations, restructures, and acquisitions, ensuring Ops and people objectives. Navigate both the human and legal aspects of change, helping leaders manage transitions effectively. Drive large-scale projects from design through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and positive cultural outcomes.
