We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Tax to lead our global tax function with the support of 3 direct reports, during a 12-16 month maternity cover. This role requires a strategic tax leader with strong UK & US expertise. The Interim Head of Tax will oversee all global tax strategy, operations, compliance, reporting, advisory projects, and relationship management with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the global tax function by setting strategic direction.
- Advise senior leadership.
- Strengthen governance and risk management (including SOX).
