Football Officiating Operator

This role is responsible for ensuring the operational success of our technology, particularly during live events. You will work in a live environment, applying software expertise to support each matchday. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the operations team during live play and system management. Gain mastery and full command over the entire system and processes. Analyze live data, validate markings, and perform quality assurance for system events. Perform Second Spectrum game operations duties such as tracking and data delivery as needed. Required Skills: Experience with football refereeing or a background as a referee is preferred. Knowledge of football terminology and definitions. Proactive communication skills. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience. Experience making time-critical judgments regarding live data and supporting engineering teams. Self-accountability and ability to work within a large team. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including early mornings and late evenings. What’s in it for you?
