We're looking for a dynamic, ambitious and curious Product Marketing Manager to support the Director of Product Marketing in establishing the Product Marketing function at Genius Sports. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll champion Genius Sports and amplify our product story to reach leagues, teams, gaming companies and brands on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define positioning and messaging that differentiates our products, supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate the value proposition to the commercial team and develop sales tools that support the selling process.
  • Work with the Director of Product Marketing, product and marketing teams on launches of new products and releases, defining value proposition, messaging and standing collateral.
  • Manage cross‑functional implementation and reporting against defined KPIs.
  • Track product launches, capture and report on releases, and communicate to commercial and operational stakeholders.
  • Produce messaging for marketing and content teams to drive engagement and raise market profile.
  • Establish and implement customer and sales feedback loops that inform marketing messaging and product feedback.
  • Act as user insights and market expert, providing regular insights and competitive analyses.
  • Deliver inbound feedback to inform product development and develop value proposition for new products.
  • Develop naming and positioning based on research, drive alignment processes, and ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Build case studies and evidence repository.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in B2B Product Marketing or marketing role, preferably in fast‑moving technology, ad‑tech, martech, SaaS or sports business environment.
  • Ability to distil complex information into simple, digestible, and impactful messaging.
  • Demonstrable marketing results and proven ability to develop powerful collateral.
  • Skilled communicator, both verbally and written, comfortable with public speaking.
  • Experience creating compelling sales enablement materials.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Commercial outlook, understanding importance of product‑drive activities.
  • Preferred: Experience bringing new SaaS applications, ad‑tech or sports products/services to market.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or other business‑related field.
