THE ROLE
Genius Sports is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team supporting the delivery of scalable, secure, and high‐performing Salesforce solutions.
Genius Sports is currently scaling various tech teams to align acquisitions under one unified technical strategy.
The Salesforce team is at the forefront of onboarding the extensive Genius Sports product catalog within Salesforce, driving commercial enablement, and activating our data to enrich and personalize our marketing campaigns to drive growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Automation Expertise
- Proficient in Agentforce configuration enabling automation using natural language prompts.
- Proficient with Einstein Activity Capture and Conversational Insights and flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and improving automation through flows and out‑of‑the‑box features to improve pipeline management & forecasting.
- Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Maintain and scale Quote‑to‑Cash journeys in Agentforce Revenue Management.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align Salesforce capabilities with marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, journey orchestration, personalisation, data segmentation and activation, CRM integration, event management, and campaign analytics.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Monitor platform performance and ensure data quality by maintaining clean, accurate records, particularly as we roll out new capabilities.
- User Training and Support
- Conduct training sessions for end‑users to maximize adoption, engagement, and proficiency.
- Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including the management of joiners, movers and leavers and associated access management.
- Business Process Optimization
- Identify general opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Analytics Minded
- Use reports & dashboards to monitor trends, identify opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A superb communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker and pragmatic problem solver, able to understand the outcomes that the business needs to see and work out the right order to do things.
- An experienced Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Experienced working with Agentforce Revenue Management or similar billing applications.
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Next) or Account Engagement (Pardot).
- IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW
- A Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant or experience working with Data 360 and Agentforce features.
- Experience working with Dev Ops tools, such as Copado.
- Experience working with Juro (Contract Generation) and Everstage (Commissions) or similar applications.
