THE ROLE: This is a hybrid, new and existing business, end-to-end sales role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving challenging sales targets and be able to demonstrate an ability to discover and understand client requirements, using a consultative approach to match products and services to those requirements. The successful candidate will be a driven individual who can demonstrate a desire to overachieve. They must have the ability to open doors with new prospects, whilst understanding the diverse range of products which can add value to these opportunities in different ways. They will be a natural communicator, with the ability to build and grow relationships with new prospects, and existing clients. They need to be an independent self-starter who can find and deliver business from new or existing betting organizations within EMEA, without the need to be tightly managed. They will be required to immerse themselves within the sports betting industry and to understand all technological and regulatory developments. They need to have the ability to understand our software/trading products at a high level although there is no requirement to have a technical background. The candidate needs to demonstrate an ability to think creatively with regard to commercial arrangements and have excellent numerical, written and presentation skills. Further to this, the candidate will be able to follow internal sales processes as required such as updating CRM systems and other documentation in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire end-to-end sales process with new Sportsbook prospects, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Responsible for all commercial strategy and execution across selection of existing customers within EMEA, including all renewal and upsell sales processes.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression through the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with product teams to position sportsbook solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the sports betting ecosystem.
  • Establishing new, collaborative relationships with leaders across the global sales team.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities (regulated and emerging markets), including understanding local betting regulations and competitive landscapes.
  • Stay up to date with sportsbook trends, customer behaviour, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate leads.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in a B2B consultative sales role selling bespoke solutions or products, with proven success.
  • Existing experience in a similar role within the Betting Industry or selling to Sportsbooks is highly preferable.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as a high level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels – in particular to present at board level.
  • Openness to travel and attend business conferences and events.
  • Desire to work within a close-knit team of like-minded, sports fans & individuals.
