You will handle customer contacts by phone and in writing, learn to explain accounts and set up affordable repayments, while receiving full training.
The program runs for 12 months toward the Modern Apprentice qualification in Providing Financial Services SCQF Level 6, with support on rules and regulations and development of key skills.
