Responsibilities
- To generate new business through telephone sales activities through to face-to-face sale
- Minimum 25% conversion rate from call to sale
- Forecast pipeline daily/weekly and monthly by controlling all call backs and advising wider team of opportunities in progress
- To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investigating additional areas of need for the company\βs services during all telephone and face to face contact with clients and candidates (upsell and referral)
- To exploit potential business opportunities always including leads and referrals and to promote the services offered by the company
